Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

A friend was placed on 18 mos. probation in Sept of 2008 for possession of narcotic/cocaine <25 grams. A bench warrant was issued on 12/21/09. Upon obtaining a copy from the file it turns out that she was arrested in October of 2009 for Retail Fraud 2nd Degree and then in November she was arrested three times (three separate jurisdictions) ; Drove w/o License, Retail Fraud 2nd Degree and Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia. The first Retail Fraud was committed with another known felon and she has also failed to pay her fines. She was then arrested this week for Disobeying the order of a command officer. She is facing sentencing on the 21st for the probation violations. I understand that it is up to the judge to determine what is necessary however; what is a likely outcome given the extensive criminal behavior that she has displayed recently?
