Inappropriate charges
A friend was in a fight in county jail. Victim dies 2 weeks after release from jail. He was denied medical treatment while in the county jail. Friend is charged with 2nd degree murder. Should he cop a plea? If not, what should he do?

He should hire a very experienced and aggressive criminal defense team so he doesn't rot in prison for the rest of his life.
