Can a judge change a plea deal after it was accepted
My son pled nolo contendre from advice of his lawyer, he was given 2 yrs, he was on parole at the time, the judge changed it a few yrs later from concurrant to consec or vise versa not sure how that goes. Can he appeal his plea

If the judge made his sentence concurrent, that's GOOD for your son.
If the judge made his sentence consecutive, that's BAD.
No appeal has less appeal than an old appeal a few years later..
