Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
kidnapping
a friend took my 12 yr old to florida from mi without my permission he went willingly with her but without me having any knowledge or permission the state is pressing charges for harboring a runaway and contributing to the deliquency of a minor he wasnt a runaway how do i handle this

The state doesn't want you to handle this, it just wants your testimony.
