I live in USA on a study permit. My fiance has a pending criminal against in the court for 5-6 years. Can the court give him permission to come with me to USA, after marriage, under any circumstances?

This is a very confusing question. Are you talking about what a foreign court would do? If so, this is an improper forum as this is for Michigan attorneys. www.kliszlaw.com

You should re-post your question in the Immigration Law section ... not this Criminal Law section. Attorneys signed up in the Immigration Law section would probably know whether your fiance-with-a-record or wife-with-a-record can enter the USA while you have a study permit.
