Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Minor in Possession
I was charged with a Minor in possession of alcohol. I was then taken to the hospital where they tested my blood for drugs and alcohol. There was no alcohol in my blood analysis but I did test positive for marijuana. Can I be found guilty because I had marijuana in my system or am I clear of any charges. Also should I get a lawyer or can i fight it myself. Thank you for your time.

Minor in Possession
Any person charged with a crime should have an attorney. Just like if you need surgery, you should have a surgeon. You're not more qualified to practice law than you are to practice surgery.
