Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Minor In Possession
I recently received an MIP for alcohol at
the Univ. of Michigan. I'm 18 years old
and it is my first offense. I was
wondering what can I expect as
punishment when I go to court. Also
my BAC was .038 if that matters.

You want to make sure the conviction is not on your record. You should look into legal representation. Feel free to contact my office at The Michigan Legal Team, PC to discuss the matter further. You can call us toll free at 877 MICH-TEAM

Each judge is different, each defendant is different and each case is different. I recommend that you hire an experienced attorney to help you through this criminal case. Having a criminal conviction is not good for your future.
