Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Pants fell in front of a minor under 13 and got indecent exposure changed to obscene conduct. What exactly what is obscene conduct like this considered?

If you exposed your private areas to a minor that would be considered indecent exposure. However, they would have to prove you did it intentionally. If charged you need to be represented by an experienced criminal defense attorney because this type of conviction could have serious consequences, such as sex offender registry.
