Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
On parole, P.O. won't let me be with my boyfriend.
My boyfriend has no felonies on his record. My p.o. found out I was with him. One night p.o. came to his house, I was on my way to the store and didn't realize the situation. On my way back he had me pulled over and searched. Then he took me to my boyfriends house and said that I was living there, I didn't say I lived there. He said since I stayed the night there sometimes, that I lived there. He told me he didn't want me with him, and if I was cought with him I would go to jail. QUESTION: How can I legally be with him?
