my son was placed on two year feloney probation. he has violated probation twice. he is two weeks from completing his probation. he was arrested last night for his third violation. can they reopen his original cajudgese and sentence his again.his p o request this to the

Your son needs help! The judge can definately sentence your son on the original charges.

He'll probably get jail time depending upon the gravity of the underlying conviction and the nature of the VOP's - unless he or his lawyer can give the judge reasons otherwise.
