Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Hello,
I was recently in jail for the alleged assault of my Ex-Girlfriend and her friend. I was in jail and was bonded out immediately after my arraignment. I was escorted byt eh local police to my house(we share a house together) to recover my belongings. She refused to give me some of my valuables back and i am unsure what to do to recover them.
For the Assault charges i am facing two of them, i need to know how i can present my case that i did not assault them. there is far more details and i would be willing to talk privately for a fee if you would like.
Thank you,
