what is your rights
When do they have the right to do apolygraph test.Don't they have to arrest you frist.And to be charged with a crime?

The cops never have a right to do a polygraph without your consent. If you're being investigated for a crime or if you've been questioned by the cops, you should IMMEDIATELY stop those discussions and tell the cops that you want an attorney present before any further questioning.
