Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

robbery

I took money and other items from a person who got me to his house under false pretenses (drug deal under $200) and tried to fondle me. I grabbed the items off the table and ran out of the house. Later I disguarded the itmes which were found by the pollice. The person said I robbed him, forcing him into the house with a gun to his head- he later refuted this during a pretrial examination, the prosecution dropped the home invaision charge and retained the robbery charge. I did take items and run, but I did not have a weapon. I have a jury trial coming up, I feel there is reasonable doubt, how many of the jurors have to concur?

Re: robbery

In criminal cases, all jurors have to agree on a verdict. It must be a unanimous verdict. For felony trials, that means 12 out of 12 jurors. For district court misdemeanor trials, that means 6 out of 6 jurors.
