Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
My son got arrested for trespassing a vacant house. We plead guilty to entering. He is a first time offender. The PO has now violated him three months from ending his probation. She violated him for failure to attend counseling, failed to submit proof of NA/AA with falsified proof (I checked the sheet personnally and its not falisified), failure to take random drug screen, now we went up there and his name is not on the paper. and of course the amount due is $395.00. Are they going to extend his probation or will go to jail? The PO is telling him he is going to jail. He is 17 years old
