warrants
Can a warrant be issued for your arrest without a court date being given. I havent even had a court date but a warrant has been issued fir my arrest.

Yes. If the warrant is FTA (failure to appear), you must first appear before the local magistrate. Call the court first to get the amount of your bond.
If the warrant is for a crime, you should surrender to the local law enforcement before they come and get you. If they have to track you down, you will likely spend some time in jail as your bond will be high. To keep bond low, you should surrender.
