Information requested by employer
If I use my personal car for my employer's business, can your employer request the right to review your personal driving record? This is not a company car or rental car, but my personal vehicle.

Yes, even though it's your personal vehicle it is used in the course of the employer's business.
Your employer is liable for any damages caused by the vehicle in the course of business. Your employer's insurance company is probably prompting the review of your record.
