Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Michigan

I am one of a limited group of male students in a 2 year nursing program at a community college. I signed a handbook agreeing to certain terms and conditions of being in the program. One being facial hair must be under 2 inches in length and well kept. Now they have decided to change that policy to no facial hair. Due to this being a program there's no way for me to transfer, or not agree to this change without losing my 12,000$ with nothing to show for it. I understand their ability to make rules, which I agreed with, however changing them half way through, and the rules being ones that apply to 7 or less out of 80 seems unjust to me. Im wondering if I have an legal grounds to refuse?

Interesting but, No, Once you're fully grown, you'll discover many things in the health care industry that are unjust. Once you complain. it goes into your record...not good for your career.
