Umm just wondering what my consequences will be 3rd charge mip one month before 21st birthday thanks

Umm...depends on whether you're still on probation from your previous MIP's.
If you are, you may visit the Graybar Hotel for a while.
Even if you're clear of probation, your license will be suspended.
