1st DUI, 2nd arrest driving on suspended license!
1st DUI and ever being arrested in
2001, after first hearing posted bnd, suppposed t go back , had illness and multiple surgeries along with dad past, now mom and i by ourselves. while taking her to the dctor pulled over for back light out and then arrested for driving n suspended license and also warrant out fr arrest in home city were dui was not taking care of. Posted bail court set for Oct.3 for taillight and driving on suspended. have to call home city about dui....Can any tell me what my outcome?.....thanks p.s. had legal counsel when dui occurred... however tried to locate during surgeries with no avail. Also, will this affect my SS disabilty....
