Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

Is it possible to go back and enter a plea of not guilty to a DUI offense after pleading guilty. It has been over 7 years of can I ask the govenor of the state to pardon me. And if so will the offense be stricken from my record. Can I have it expunged?
