Dui on job application
i received a owil 21/2 years ago. i'm graduating from college and looking for jobs. applications ask '' have you ever been convicted of a crime''. by law, do i have to let them know my record, especially, if the job does not require use of company vehicle?

You have been convicted of a misdemeanor. You should not lie on a job application.

There is no law requiring you to divulge your criminal record. However, driving, credit, and criminal records are easily accessed by prospective employers. IBM will run such a reference check, Pete's Custard Stand probably won't.
Unfortunately, because drunk driving is a traffic offense, it cannot be expunged.
