Good character?
In order to grant a plea bargain, the Prosecutor needs to examine my character. How is this ascertained and how long would it usually take? Thank you.

sounds strange. I have never heard of this before. What court are you in? Contact me at www.kliszlaw.com to discuss. Tim Klisz

If you're very attractive, the prosecutor will determine your character by taking you to dinner and a movie.
If not, then a urine sample and a short chat with your mother will suffice.
