My Cosin was arrested at Detroit DTW back from india after rehabilitation with Major Accident at TX-Harris County.
He was not in good health to respond to court proceeding about Accident.
Our Auttorney Paid Bond at TX $ 10,000/-
He was Produced before Detroit Local Megistrate, They Told that $ 10000, Bond he can be released.
Our Attorney already paid Bond $ 10,000 at TX , send his agent to Detroit jail with required docs to release him.
But he was failed , Let me know the below questions.
1. Do that same bond TX will be enought to release him ?
2. Do we need to furnish Seperate Bond in Detroit altogether .
