Minor in possesion
recently had to go to court in michigan for mip was sentenced the second time i went back and now i got a letter saying i have to go back for them to change my sentencing. what is that about can they do that? i was 20 when i got the ticket and turned 21 a couple weeks after. i've already paid money to the court and attended classes included in my sentencing.. do i get my money back or why would they be changing my sentencing?

If you are asking for someone to predict why the court is doing something, that is not possible. However it is possible there was some sort of error. You should confer with your attorney immediately in order to prepare for that court appearance.
