questions
Hi!
I had two questions?
One-if you take a breathalyzer and you ask to see what it was do they have to show it to you or can they say no and turn it away from you and read it?
second-the police officers took my boyfriend for a few hours and I waited in the lobby, the truck was a few blocks or so when they let him out they told us we could walk back to our car because it stop raining . (but little do they know it was pouring on the way back to the truck) so do they have to drive you back from where they arrested you at ?

Re: questions
No, the officer doesn't have to show the results of the PBT he gave your boyfriend on the road.
If he took the Datamaster test in the station he was given a pink slip which records his body alcohol level.
No, they don't have to drive you back to your car. You're lucky the officer didn't impound it.
