Bird flying through a closed window at a school
A student is injured when a bird flies through a window and the shattered glass cuts her.

This is a personal injury question, not an education law question. Having said that, there may be an action for negligence against the school district or possibly product liability since many schools today have installed shatter-resistant windows (to prevent break-ins).
