Can a 16 year old choose his own high school and over ride his divorced parents decision?

Get a guardian ad litem. Go back to family court and argue for your right to choose your school. As children get older, especially in cases of divorce, judges will take the wishes and preferences of teenage children into account, especially when they are nearing the legal age of emancipation.
