Brother in prison-can wife take all they owned ? She Has !

My brother is in prison awaiting an appeal the judge suggested ! His wife has moved in with another man and taken ALL they owned ! He has little $, she took that too, what can he do ? This can't be legal !

Did you hear the judge way that with your own ears? Or did your brother tell you that? I don't believe the judge said that, to tell you the truth.
