chlid custody

My son is two years old the father is 66 and wants to raise him in a house that is not suppose to be occupied with anyone there has not been a septic put in when there was suppose to what can i do to keep my son?

You do not say whether custody has even been established, this would be the first step. I would recommend consulting with a local family law attorney about this.
