Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

cild custody

Please help. I am the father to a two year old boy who has more less been abanded by his mother. i have taken full care of him since day one. but the problem i have is my name is not on his birth certifcate, no ones name is. we got test done on me and the other eledged father but they both come back negitive. is there anything that i can do to gain legal custody of my child?

since you know it's not your kid biologically, I think the best thing you could do is adopt the child. I would recommend consulting a local attorney about this.
