Kid questioned who father was, but mother always lied. couple of months ago, kid found out who father may really be, contact made, Dna Done. What can bio father legally do to the mother for concealing this kid from him, and what could legally happen to bio father. Kids mother very angry kid found out the truth.

Re: Concealed child
First of all, in my humble opinion a 28 year old is not a "kid,"(interesting choice of words when referencing your child) and the man who raised him is the "kid's" "father." I think you should enjoy the relationship you now have with the "kid" and not try to paint the "kid's" mother as some sort of evil person. That will undoubtably come back and bite you. Take the high road and you will be a hero to your "kid."

I don't know what legally can be "done to" the mother, but I doubt that it is worth the effort. Put that effort into getting to know your son.
I don't believe that anything can be "done to" you because, if everything that you say is true, and if she had no good reason to hide the child from you, you have done nothing wrong.
If you die without a will, he is an heir.
