Re: Court Order
Your attorney can assist you in enforcing the court order and asking the judge to order the ex to pay your attorney fees for having to go to court to enforce it.

It is up to you whether or not your hire an attorney. However, it is always in your best interest to have an attorney represent you in court. As attorneys, we know the court procedures that a non-attorney would not know.
