Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
My daughters father has not had anything to do with her for the past year. I have recently moved her and myself to a different state. I have a job a house and everything there for us. I have lived there for about a month. My daughters father had now went to court for visitations and trying to make it to where I have to move back and then will have nothing for my daughter and I. The judge not knowing anything about what has gone on has requested his motion and said that until the court date my daughter is not allowed to leave the state. How much trouble will I get into if I still take her back to where we live so I don't lose my job or place but continue to fight out there.
