desprite and need help

iam buying a mobile home and my name is first on the title my husbands second i want a divorce so how do i go about this do i sign off on the home or do i have to buy him out or does he have to buy me out? i have 2 kids however they are not my husbands they are mine from a previous marriage. can i keep the mobile home? if so, how do i get his name off?

A divorce is all about dividing property in a fair manner. In the best case scenario, the parties agree as to how to divide property. Otherwise, the court will decide. Generally, marital property is divided equally. If both your names are on the deed to the property, then you are, presumably, joint owners. Only a good family law attorney can give you a proper analysis.
