Even though you have no income, you should have access to money, such as for personal needs, groceries and household matters. When you have some money saved up, and you retain a lawyer, your lawyer would request the Court order you be reimbursed your legal fees and/or that your husband share in the expense. Decisions like this are based on the specific facts and circumstances of your situation. Your lawyer (if a good one), would also have orders entered at the same time the Complaint was filed that prevent your husband from cutting you off financially and requiring him to continue paying bills - it's called preserving the status quo - things don't change simply because you filed, and you will need these temporary orders until the divorce is finalized.
