Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
I want a divorce but not sure how to do this. I want to do it pro per but not sure to do with child or without. I have a child with this man but the child was not conceived during this marriage during a previous marriage. My fisrt divorce papers state that my first husband is not the father. 13 years islater birth certificate still not changed but my question is how to go about this snd does the man who i want the divorce from have any legal rights to his son
