Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I divorced my husband and in the divorce settlement he was ordered to pay alimony and return some possessions and he has not complied. Where do I go to get him to do what was ordered?

You return to the judge or the successor of the judge who granted the divorce. You ask for sanctions, such as contempt of court. This is done by way of a motion. You should have this done by an attorney as it will be done the way it should be and will save you a ton of aggravation. William S. Stern
