Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

family law

I have custody of my 14 yr old daughter, and years ago was awarded child support. The problem is, the father refuses to pay...and even though he is employed with Ironworkers local 25, they will not cooperate (according to Friend of court). He is now over $30,000 in arrearage and No one seems to care. They know where he lives and works...my only option is to hire a lawyer and have him brought again, before a judge.

I have even offered to drop future payments in exchange for what he owes, but he wants me to hire the lawyer and do the work. What do you suggest.

Feel free to contact us we have an excellent track record in such cases. Failure to pay child support is a felony, you can have him arrested, and if you and your lawyer are prepared and show up at the bond hearing you are statutorily entitled to a 25% bond.

Re: family law

Greetings; I suggest you take the obvious option. Hire a lawyer. I see no good reason not to. Thanks, atty. Trichler, www.trichler.com

Re: family law

You should hire a lawyer to pursue it. A lawyer could get him before a judge, and a judge could require him to pay your attorney fees for the trouble.

I would be happy to help.

Please call me.
