father-in-law- threatening

wife and 2 year old daughter living with her parents while divorce pending. Father-in-law became verbally abusive to me on the telephone and threatened me with bodily harm while trying to arrange for visitation with my daughter. Should I file a PPO? What can I do?

Go before your judge and get specific visitation. When you show up, bring a tape recorder. If the visitation does not occur due to your father-in-law, ask the judge to force your wife to meet you elsewhere. Bill Stern 248-353-9400
