How hard to get custody back when I live in another State

My exhusband has custody of our son, but he lost his job and home , and he move to another State and left my son back in Michigan with my dad and stepmother.

I did not give permission for custody to them and they want me to sign papers give them temp,custody and i dont want that

Iwant to get custody bsck to Me.

How much work do I have to get him back?

You will need to take your ex-husband back to Court and ask that custody be changed. You may also have to include your dad in the proceedings.
