Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

my husband passed away.

my husband passed away 6 months after we married. There was a will,but he made it before he met me. He also had quit claim deeds to our house and cabin up north but he didnt have them filed. He put his 2 grown childrens names on those.They are dividing things up and we are trying to keep this out of probate court in wanye county. They are trying to get me to give them money from our joint bank accounts and also money from a few mutual fund accounts he left me 100 percent beneficary on. also a savings account that was jointly owned by us. can they make me give them any of this money.
