Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
If there is a legal contract made by a judge saying a mother's children cannot come in contact with a certain person or persons without her presence, can said mother write out a legal dispensation for her children to see said person or persons without her supervision?

Normally a judge's order prohibiting contact between two people must be obeyed.
If you have additional questions, you should meet with an experiened attorney to review the entire situation.

The mother is potentially setting herself up for contempt of court and perhaps, child endangerment. Definitely see an experienced attorney on this matter.
