legal gaurianship

Have legal custody,and his mother just started to get visits with him over night and it was bought to my attention that she posted picture of him on a personal web site on her, Is this legal when we have full gaurdianship?

Of course a mother can post a picture of her child on her web page, as long as it is not for porpornographic or other illegal purposes. Who has custody has nothing to do with this issue, unless there is a court order prohibiting her from posting photos of the child on a website such as My Space.
