Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I make $80,000/year, my wife makes $100,000/year plus typically receives bonuse between $20,000 & $35,000/year. She has $130,000 in a 401k and I have $285,000 in my 403B. We live in Michigan and are both 56. I will receive a pension (she does not) of roughly $38,000/year. I'm unhappy in our marriage and am considering a divorse. I plan to retire in 1 or 2 years, she will continue to work to at least the age of 62. My question, should we divorse and I retire, will she get half of my pension even if she continues to work? I could not make it on $19,000/year.

You should meet with an experienced family law attorney near Jenison for a complete analysis of your situation. It is not possible to do that with limited information over the internet.
