Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

parenting time

My ex husband call's me on the spur of the moment demanding he see his daughter that night (and its not his night to see her). He doesnt show up at the times he is suppose to; he will come 1,2 hours after .....he just assumes he can see our child anytime, anyday regardless of anything. He wanted certain days and times for parenting time which I completely agreed with. For example, he see's our child every other weekend from 11am - 8pm. Now, he will say to me '' I cant come until 3 or 4''. If he doesnt show up until lets say 4pm, would this be considered not following his parenting time? When he doesnt get his way 100% of the time, he starts with the threats. Iam documenting each and everytime he visits, doesnt show, etc. Anyone with any suggestions.

Re: parenting time

Consult a good local family law attorney about what your best course of action is. This is fact specific and not a situation that can be answered on the internet.
