Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
What does ''Petition for Relief'' mean?
What would be the need for a petition for relief in a chld support/parenting time case?
Is it something that I would need to challenge if the facts provided by opposing part are false?

If something is untrue, you should have your lawyer challenge it in court.

You need a lawyer. Especially with as much at stake as the children. William S. Stern
