Property
Married 13.5 years.
Wife owned home,
I basically paid it off.
Made many improvements over the years.
Question:
If we were to devorce would all property be devided equally?

Your letter does not state for how many years you and your wife were living in the house, or for how many years you were making payments. So, without knowing more, I can't say with certainty that you'd get half. I suspect that you would, however, receive a substantial share of its equity.
Other factors must be considered before one can determine the share of the marital estate to which you may be entitled. If you'd like further information, you should consult with an attorney privately.
