sexual abuse on minor

My question is: My son was sentenced to 10 to 15 yrs. in

prison as his step daughter accused him of full finger penetrating her. The Dr. report said she had not been touched. Now he did say that he was asleep one night and rolled over and didn't know she had crawled in bed with them. He said he touched her behind and realized who it was and made her get out and go to her own room. Can they send him to prison for that? He has an appeal as they graded him wrong on his psi. Please help me,he is in there

unjistly.

He definitely needs a good criminal appellate lawyer, because obviously the jury/court didn't believe him at all.
