Ex taking retirement buyout--wants to lower child support

My ex is a 30 year employee of g.m. He's a healthy active 50-yr-old. He pays 1100.00 in child support for two children for the next 8 years. He just informed me he is taking the retiree buyout of 45,000. He also informed me he's going to lower my child support to $325.00 a month because he will now only be making 18,000 a year (I know for a fact his second job pays him under the table, but have never brought that up) Are the Courts going to allow such a reduction....and what about the 45,000 bonus? Doesn't he have to claim that as income for the year.
