Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
My wife and I are going through a divorce. The truck that she purchased for me because of my credit is in my possession and currently drive it! If I give it back to her and she can't afford to make the payments,would I at all be responsible for this truck at all?Would a judge rule that I should have to take over possession if she can't pay for it?
